Refund & Cancellation Policy

Classroom by Tina provides immediate access to downloadable teaching resources, lesson materials, and AI-powered tools. Because access is granted instantly, refunds are limited as described below.

Subscription Billing

Your subscription renews automatically every billing period until you cancel it through your account's billing portal.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. Future billing will stop after cancellation.

Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our products and immediate access to downloadable content, subscription fees are generally non-refundable.

If you believe you were charged in error or experienced a technical problem that prevented you from using the service, please contact us within seven (7) days of the charge. We review requests individually and may issue a refund when appropriate.

Failed Payments

If a payment cannot be processed, your subscription may be limited or suspended until payment is successfully completed.
